The guidance for today’s meditation on healing the womb of creation evoked a place of curiosity within me. What does that look like? I started to see points of connectivity where we would begin with our own wombs for healing, bringing cleansing, purification and light into that area of our body.
Tonight we will work with beautiful quartz crystals. It is one of my favorites because it has such a clear vibration and it's wonderful for everything from accelerating our spiritual growth, to enhancing meditation, and deepening our process of letting go.
Tonight's meditation is to increase our experience and expression of gratitude and how to work with it to sculpt and create our intentions. Gratitude is the highest vibration, synergistically coupled with love.
We invite in the intention to deepen our connection into our own sacred human heart, into that zero point field of limitless creation, where we can expand our heart centers. And by doing that, expand our conscious connection to everyone around us.
Our meditation will be one of cleansing and purification, of anything and everything that we're ready to move onward from, which I think is so important right now is we're all going through this reorganization, right down to our molecular level, right down to our DNA level.
We invite the light of connection to nature, the earth, nature intelligence, and the plant and mineral kingdoms in a deeper way. Today our crystal alchemy is going to be centered on epidote and it's this beautiful deep, green crystal that helps to connect us at the auric and the cellular level of our consciousness, with the richness and abundance of the earth.
Every meditation we start with alchemical interventions to enhance and deepen our process. For our essential oil alchemy, I'm going to recommend cinnamon essential oil.
Today’s meditation focuses on regeneration and renewal of energy and vitality. Carrot Seed is our alchemical essential oil this evening, as it is such a powerful rejuvenator. It helps to regenerate cells and the liver and the skin
I want to share one story before we start. Right outside from where I have been sitting to do the meditation, there is a deck. About a week ago under the deck, we happened to find a black rat snake, which is pretty common in this area.
Every month we work with a different goddess. And why is that? Because every goddess has a unique aspect of her light and her gifts that she brings to us in the awakening process, helping us to excavate those certain qualities within us as well.
