I have been thinking a good deal about congruency this week. Where I have it and where there is opportunity for shift. Congruence, a noun signifying agreement or harmony and compatibility. When we are in “right relationship” with ourselves we are congruent to our positive, life affirming aspects, creating flow, clarity and alignment.

As I child, I spent a great deal of time in nature alone with the scents and sounds of the meadow, the forest, the lake and the creek in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. I felt more comfort and connection from the natural surroundings than most of the people in my circle of family and friends.
