I have been thinking a good deal about congruency this week. Where I have it and where there is opportunity for shift. Congruence, a noun signifying agreement or harmony and compatibility. When we are in “right relationship” with ourselves we are congruent to our positive, life affirming aspects, creating flow, clarity and alignment.
