Hello Everyone. Welcome to Igniting the Divine Feminine, our monthly goddess circle.

Every month we come together to support each other in the sacred community to be able to lean in a bit, open up a bit, and connect. 

There’s tremendous opportunity right now for us all, to find new levels of empowerment and the excavation of our quintessence, the essence, gifts, and vision that are unique to each of us. We open ourselves to the Divine feminine and ability to source from the limitless well of the creatrix. 

Every month we celebrate and invoke a different goddess, a different aspect of the divine feminine because every particular goddess has a set of unique gifts and energetic configurations. By working with her specific frequency we’re able to bring the light of healing to the places of wounding within us and bring forth those particular aspects of being to the surface to further empower us. 

This meditation’s intention is to connect and work with the goddess Quan Yin. She is wonderful to work with for increasing our compassion. This is such a beautiful opportunity and time to do that, with all of the stress that we’re facing on a personal level and planetary level; everything from the virus, to civil unrest and many other stressors that we’re all experiencing. The energy of compassion helps us first to have a place of introspection, to be compassionate for ourselves and our journey, and then for each other. 

Every moment has divinely and perfectly brought us here, to be able to connect, commune, heal, and then to be able to have greater compassion for our fellow humans, all of our brothers and sisters on the planet; regardless of what country we’re in, what our skin color is, or our belief system.

GODDESS INVOCATION 

Presence yourself and here is the invitation for our Goddess Meditation:

You are the keepers of sacred magic, the template of the divine feminine, protector of the holy grail, the goddess, the holy of holies. She is known by many names: Quan Yin, Diana, Mary Magdalene, Isis, Hathor, Hecate, Venus, Aphrodite, Freya, and Gaya.

Keepers of the sacred flame, you are being called to come together in community to be held, seen, and to heal your wounds; our wounds of separation, struggle, and profound forgetting. Together we will awaken, shift, heal, and evolve; stepping forward with our own unique light, truth, and expression of the divine feminine in physical form.

As we heal one and awaken, we heal the many and the masses lifting the planetary vibration and the collective consciousness.  Together we will heal, grow, and rise united. 

ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY

Essential oils help expand and open our energy centers; our meridian points. Due to the connection between the olfaction and the limbic center of the brain we can literally shift how we feel in the moment and ultimately shift our consciousness in that moment.

Using essential oils is a way that we can repattern the brain by inhaling the oil, going through a healing and a meditation, and then inhaling the same essential oil at the end, which creates a brand new memory cell that is anchored into not only the limbic center of the brain but your cellular consciousness as well.

Because the limbic center is a lock and key system, that information, intelligence, energy, frequency, healing, and communion that you experience are all accessible when you inhale that same aroma again. 

For each Goddess, I create a specialized formulation, imprinted with her frequency to anchor and actualize her qualities within your energy field and blueprint. So we do have a Quan Yin formula, with oils like rose, neroli, gardenia, and mandarin. Tonight we’re going to just talk about a couple of oils and two crystals. Now, again, if you don’t have them, don’t worry because we’re going to invoke the cosmic consciousness and the vital life force of these plants and minerals to assist in the vibrational anchoring of this meditation’s healing.

The essential oil alchemy for invoking Quan Yin is green myrtle, which has an aroma that is purifying and expansive in nature, particularly for the heart center. We’re working specifically with a frequency of compassion in this meditation, which is centered in the heart. Additionally, we’ll work with some floral oils of jasmine, rose and gardenia to help remind us of the sweetness of life, and to really release the old patterns, beliefs, and emotions around grief, loss, betrayal, and anything that’s held in the heart space that limits our capacity to give and receive love, gratitude, and compassion. 

Whatever essential oil you have, I invite you to put a drop in your left hand because the left hand receives higher frequency. Just like the soles of the feet, the palms of the hands are very powerful vortices; vibrational energetic chakras and vortices of light that not only pull up the biochemical aspects of the essential oil, but also the frequency and vibration. Similarly, if you peel a clove of garlic and rub it on the sole of your foot, in less than a minute you can taste it. This is an indicator of how the essential oil is picked up at that part of the body, then introduced into the bloodstream and circulated throughout the body. 

Go ahead and take a deep breath in for about 30 seconds.

We’re opening the circuitry in the cells, in the nervous system, In the auric field, and we’re also opening a new memory cell.

CRYSTAL ALCHEMY

The plant and mineral kingdoms work synergistically together.  They hold the entire gamut of vibration and life force frequency to come in, repair, and bring great healing and acceleration of our spiritual growth and awakening from all that is held in our auric field down to the cellular consciousness, into the DNA, and into the mother and father bloodlines.

This is so important because if you think about, from the moment that you were conceived, every experience that you’ve had on a physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental level is imprinted in your trillions of cells held within your DNA. And so is every experience that your mother and father have had; they are held within you too. 

As walking miracles, we have the ability to bring consciousness, awareness, and healing not only to our personal existence holistically (into our cellular consciousness, DNA, and our bloodlines), but we also have the ability to truly quantum leap in our path of self-mastery and self-actualization… to really excavate, embody, anchor, and actualize our soul purpose; the reason that we’re here. 

Jade is a beautiful gem that resonates with Goddess Quan Yin. Jade is most often known for prosperity and luck, but it also has a gentle strength to open and expand the heart. It also holds very sacred coding for ancient eastern philosophy and spiritual teachings. When we’re working with Jade, it helps us to expand our understanding of universal truth. Sapphire is a beautiful stone that resonates with Goddess Quan Yin as well. Sapphire is good for working with the third eye area for inner and outer vision, and to bring deeper connection to divine consciousness. 

Again, if you don’t have either of these crystals that is okay as we are going to call forth the cosmic consciousness of each. 

QUAN YIN MEDITATION 

Take a deep breath in and invite in the clarity of your intention into the sacred space.

We call for the presence of the angels of the four directions, to stabilize each of our fields and our collective hara. 

Archangel Raphael in the direction of East: sacred sound and thought, the element of air. We welcome thee now.

Archangel Michael in the direction of South: the element of fire, sacred transformation, and transfiguration. We welcome and honor thee now.

Archangel Gabriel in the direction of West: the element of water, sacred fluid bodies upon Mother Gaia, of deep emotional cleansing and purification. We welcome thee now.

Archangel Uriel in the direction of North: the element of earth, the sacred ground beneath our feet, structure, and solidarity. We welcome thee now. 

We invite the presence of each of your higher self, your I am Presence, your angels, guides, guardians, teachers, we invite your presence now.

We invoke the element of akasha, of all that is seen and unseen; past, present, future, and still unfolding.

We call for the overlighting Deva of healing for each of you and for each of the kingdoms of life; plant, mineral, and animal.

We call forth the presence of the Holy of Holies, the great silent watcher, the presence of the goddess, divine mother.

We open our hearts to your wisdom, your love, your healing, and your light. 

We call forth the vibrational patterning and energy signature of Goddess Quan Yin.

Breathe deeply into the very center of your hearts. See, feel, allow, imagine Quan Yin standing before you. Invite in the intention to open your field, your mind, your body, your heart, to her transmission. She is glowing in opalescent light. There is a warmth and a golden essence that she transmits to you. 

Breathe. It’s time to let go of all the old pain, struggle, silence, hurt, isolation, separation, anger, disappointment that you hold in your heart; that keeps you separate from each other, your strength lies in your connection and communion with each other. Your hearts rise In the sacred sisterhood of understanding each other’s pain and path. 

Continue to breathe in this warm light from mother Quan Yin, letting go of all that no longer serves the truth of who you are. Letting go of the heavy load, burden you’ve carried… and how you have judged one another through time.

On your next breath in, Quan Yin places her right hand upon your heart. In sacred attunement, she continues to lift the draws and density from your field and transmute them into golden light.

As you gaze to her left hand you see that a crown is held with the gems of Ruby and Sapphire, filled with pearls and sacred symbology. She places this crown upon your head as a reminder of the attunement and activation now held deep within your heart. 

Breathe into the very center of your heart, and as you bring your conscious awareness, you notice a pink flame that has been activated; the flame of compassion. Breathe as this flame begins to expand and recalibrate your heart space and reverberate out through every cell, particles, subatomic particle, through your blood, your bone, marrow, holographically through the auric field. The entirety of your being now vibrating, the frequency of compassion.

Om mani padme hum: you may say this mantra three times to yourself or out loud.

Om mani padme hum, Om mani padme hum, Om mani padme hum.

Pay homage to the compassionate one, which is yourself.

We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of myrtle, jasmine, jade, and sapphire. We invoke and actualize your frequency upon every cell, molecule, particle, through the DNA portal to the mother and father bloodlines NOW. 

Let the breath come all the way down through you, assimilating these frequencies down deep into the lower belly, down through the legs, soles of the feet…sealing the frequency of compassion in your field.

We give thanks to all the frequencies and beings of light and kingdoms of life upon this sacred, sacred planet. All life is sacred.

Take a deep breath in, inhaling any oil left on your hands; completing this circuit, this new cell. This healing you can return to at any time.

In the light of the one, Aho.

Happy Fall Everyone. 

I host a monthly Divine Feminine Group with the intention of Igniting the Goddess within. Each month we honor a specific Goddess. In September we celebrated Lady Nada and worked with the energies of the pink flame; the consciousness of divine love and connecting into clear all the pathways of karma and karmic entanglements.

Each Divine Feminine gathering begins with an invocation, discusses an essential oil and crystal, and has a meditation. I like to share each gathering as a blog so that the content and healing can be accessible to all. 

One of the reasons that we come together in sacred community is to ignite all the levels of the divine feminine within us so we can support each other. So we can remember collectively and create greater momentum to be able to remember the very powerful co-creators we are of reality and how there is magic alive within us.

When we can come back into a place of deep connection with our own wise women selves, that allows us to become more receptive. It allows us to connect in with our intuitive aspects and our magic in so many ways; so much strength and grace.

INVOCATION

Open your body, open your mind, open your hearts. You are the keepers of the sacred flame. The template of the divine feminine protector of the Holy Grail, the Goddess, the Holy of Holies. She is known by many names. NAda, Isis, Hathor, Mother Mary, the Magdalene, Quan Yin, Hecate, Venus, Freya, and Gaia.

Together, we will awaken, shift, heal, and evolve, stepping forward with our unique light, truth, and expression of the divine in physical form. Together, we will unite all the aspects of her beauty, wisdom, power, and grace, and we will rise as one shining in our greatest love

ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY

Blue and pink lotus are relevant essential oils for invoking and embodying Lady Nada. The consciousness of the Lotus is so powerful for not only opening our hearts but also opening our crowns. I have a blue Lotus attar that’s rare, precious, and truly magnificent. Blue Lotus attar has flowers that come in pink, blue, and white.

And I had the privilege of spending some time in Southern India where we went out to the lotus ponds at 5:30 am and the beautiful men that were leading our group went out in these small boats and paddled with their hands, and came back with the most exquisite lotus flowers. You could feel the vibration as it opened in your hand. The aroma was so ethereal it just lifted you up and out and expanded in so many ways and facets. 

As always in our meditations, don’t worry if you don’t have the mentioned essential oils, in fact, any essential oil that you have can be an anchor. The power of the limbic system offers potent opportunities for transformation. Inhaling the right essential oil can create a connection, a new cell, and a new cellular experience with your journey. 

Whatever essential oil you have, drop a little bit into your left palm. The left palm receives higher energies and the palms just like the soles of the feet are wonderful vortices for pulling in the biochemical aspects of the essential oils and also the vibrational aspects. 

Inhale the essential oil in your palms for about 20 to 30 seconds as you invite in the clarity of your intention for this healing and awakening.

CRYSTAL ALCHEMY 

Selenite is most often seen in wands that are clear. It’s wonderful for cleansing and purification. We’re going to work with pink selenite here because as we’re connecting in with the pink flame and the consciousness of divine love, specifically with the intention for cleansing at the karmic level, this is a wonderful stone for that and to access the heart. 

Ruby is also a wonderful stone that is in alignment for the energetic frequency and vibration of Lady Nada.

LADY NANA MEDITATION

Take a deep breath and presence yourself.

On your next breath in, let go of all the stress and tension of the day. Bring your focus to the dantien point, which is about an inch and a half below your navel. It’s known as a power point in terms of martial arts. This point represents that one physical note that holds us into this body; that one note that is unique to you.

Setting our intention to ground down from the center of our dantien point where the golden line of light moves down through the root chakra, and also simultaneously down through each leg and out through each sole of the foot. Three golden lines of light uniting at the earth crust chakra where they will sink.

Sink into the deep receptivity and nourishment of the mother of all mothers, Mother Earth.

Open yourself to feel the great vitality and abundance that is here for you and this place of deep connectivity.

Brilliant green light is nourishing each cell, each of the trillions of cells in your body from this connection.

Restoring vibrancy and vitality on all levels; all levels of the auric field, all organs of the body, the bone, the blood, Into the bone marrow. Deep connection with Mother Earth.

We let this beautiful life force continue to move up through us.

Feel yourself surrounded by the very heart of Goddess Gaia with such great joy, with such receptivity, with such longing for connection, communion.

Receiving this beautiful vibration and frequency that comes from her core into your core.

Moving up through your heart, to high heart, throat, into the head. This Greenlight continues to nourish and revitalize, moving up now through the crown and antahkarana point. Up through the higher realms to the cosmic throne of Lady Nada.

She’s illuminated in a brilliant pink ray of light that comes from the flame burning brightly at the very center of her heart.

Envision this pink ray unfolding into a sphere that expands 360 degrees around her. This pink sphere filled with the frequency and vibration of divine love begins to magnetically lift you higher and higher and higher until you are standing before her throne.

Breathe. 

We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of blue and pink lotus.

We invite this vibration and frequency to penetrate and permeate every level of our being, anchoring into the molecular consciousness at a potency of 10 mm NOW.

We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of pink selenite and ruby.

We invite the wholeness of your frequency into every cell and particle within our being at a potency of 10 mm NOW.

On the next breath in, Lady Nada beams a pink ray of light directly from her heart into yours. Invite this frequency of divine love to fill, heal, bless every aspect of who you are, into every crevice, every shadow.

Allow this frequency of divine love to open every door that is closed in your heart. Invite her to activate the pathway of service and ministry that is unique to you. Feeling your heart open, like the thousand-petaled lotus, drinking in that divine love.

you may choose to call on Nada to assist you to release karmic entanglements from all people, places, and things. Invite in a dialogue with your intentions, prayers, and requests. These will synergize with the alchemy of the moon, and the sacred flame within your heart will burn brighter from this day forward.

Put forth your intentions for Mother Earth, humankind. We offer this healing to all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. Every life is sacred. May the pink flame and divine love be activated within each kingdom and in particular, the human kingdom. 

May the template for the divine plan unfold in the most benevolent outcome. May we remember that our love heals and transforms all places of limitation, separation, and forgetting.

May our light within be illumined in its full brightness to awaken the remembrance of the spark of divinity and sovereignty for all beings. Aho. 

You can breathe in any oil that’s left on your hands to complete this circuit, to complete this memory cell that is fully alive within your being. You can come back to this moment at any time you choose.

We invoke Goddess Isis tonight. She has been such a teacher and guiding force in my life and her Alchemy is one specifically for healing our child consciousness. Envision the triad of self-mastery. Shown through the sacred geometry of the pyramid, we have three core aspects within: Our female aspect, male aspect and child consciousness. We have come into form to bring these aspects into balance, inviting the light of healing to form pathways of greater understanding of who we are in relationship to the world and greater universe around us.

To explore further, let’s come back to Goddess Isis and in turn Egypt, of course the pyramids come to mind, and this is a very powerful archetype that represents the universe that we’re in, and the opportunity that we have here from a human perspective to self actualize or achieve self mastery. So if we’re looking at the pyramid, the top/apex is the child consciousness. The left apex / point is the feminine and then the right is the masculine. We all have these aspects within us. The male and female represent our DNA and everything genetically that comes through our lineage from our mother and our mother’s mother and all the way down. And then the same for the masculine side. The child consciousness represents everything we experience in our early childhood. This time in our life is seeded with a treasure map, so to speak of the what and why our soul has come here to learn, grow, and evolve. 

Isis holds potent alchemy working with our child consciousness, of healing deep places of struggle, pain, and loss. Today’s meditation is intended to let go of everything we’re ready to move on from, including our old story, so we can come into a new relationship with our divine nature from a place of empowerment and clear vision and the ability to manifest our life experience from a place beyond limitation.  

MEDITATION :

Get comfortable, take a deep breathe in. If you have your oil continue to inhale that. If you have your crystals at your fingertips that would be great too. I like to meditate with kyanite and lapis when working with Isis.

So on your next deep breath in, bring your focus, your awareness, down to your dantien point about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note that holds you into this incarnation. Envisioning the golden line of light dropping down from this vortex and then sinking deep down into the earth. This golden light moves down through your root chakra, down through your legs, down out through the soles of your feet where all three lines unite at the earth crust chakra and sink down until they reach the core crystal into the very center of the earth. 

Invite in the intention to receive the highest vibrational patterning from the center of the earth. Envision the amber life force, this amber light is coming up through the earth, bathing your energy bodies and then nourishing the protective life force of Mother Gaia, Mother Earth. Great abundance and protection is held within this amber light. Let it sink down into every cell in your body, breathing it in. Letting it fill each cell and particle and let it move up now through your torso and up through your chest and heart up through your high heart, your thymus area / soul seat where all the longings for your soul for this incarnation are held. 

Allowing this area to pulsate with amber light before moving up through the neck, through the head up to the third eye; cleansing, clearing, reconfiguring the frequency in this area, the third eye. As you invite in the intention to open the third eye, you see before you the brilliance of Goddess Isis. Out of her left palm emanates a platinum light, which beams into your third eye. As this light is pulsating, platinum light in the third eye, she moves her hand down and beams the platinum light into your heart and high heart center. Cleansing, clearing with an invitation for you to let go of all that no longer serves your highest truth and your divine light.

As this platinum light pulsates in your heart center, she moves her hand down to your belly, your sacral area and beams the platinum light, inviting you to release all judgement of self, all limitations, all of the emotional burdens that you’ve carried through this life and many, many others. This platinum light is cleansing and clearing the emotional body. Clearing away all the places where you’ve felt separate from the earth, from your body, from your mother, the mother of all mothers, and the mother goddess. Continuing to pulsate platinum light, the amber light in the third eye moves up through the crown of the head, up the antahkarana, up through the higher realms, to the throne of divine consciousness, where golden light begins to pour down upon you, filled with sacred symbols and geometries. Inviting this light to come and bathe all the levels of your energy bodies, deep into the cellular consciousness.

On the next breath in, bring your intention back to the goddess before you, steeped with magic, mysticism that is igniting memory and activating strands of DNA. In her other palm, now you see an emerald light, emanating, pulsating, and she holds this light in front of your heart, beaming it directly into the places of child consciousness that are still frozen energetically. 

Drinking the emerald light, bathing in it. It has a potent healing frequency. I call forth for an activation, the divine seed blueprint, perfected from Creator, and we offer an. invitation for your I am presence to guide this activation. Bringing back the soul fragments bathed in light, returning to wholeness. Anchoring into the cellular consciousness now, we call forth for a recalibration of your soul triad, clearing through the genetic line, mother & father bloodline. I call forth healing of the sacred child within and all children to come, all who have come. I offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life: plant, mineral, animal, human. All that is seen, unseen, past, present, still unfolding. Bringing this frequency of light all the way through the timelines through all time and no time, all aspects, all dimensions, all realities. 

Gazing again at the great goddess before you, bowing your head with deep gratitude. Listen for any additional messages and symbology she imparts. And we give thanks to the goddess, Mother Isis, to all of the great beings of light. Prayer of gratitude for the self and a blessing for all beings.

Every month we work with a different goddess. And why is that? Because every goddess has a unique aspect of her light and her gifts that she brings to us in the awakening process, helping us to excavate those certain qualities within us as well. 

I’m passionate about many different types of alchemical interventions. Meditation as one and essential oils, or aromatherapy, which is the core of my work.  Crystals and sacred geometry also serve as potent alchemy, and aligning synergistically with a varied number of these assists us to navigate within our soul framework to excavate our own quintessence, our own unique light as we transform through our own healing spiral.

I do see it as a spiral because we’re really spiraling inward to that deeper connection with our own essence, our Divine self and spark to be able to illuminate that light out in the world in our unique manner of manifestation.  

One of the things that we do every month for the goddess group is anointing each other with the essential oil formula. Just because we’re not together physically, doesn’t mean that you can’t do that in some way, if you have your own essential oils or even simply olive oil.  Some of the oils that are in the Mary Magdalene blend are spikenard, and cistus or rose of sharon. These ancient biblical oils activate latent wisdom and universal understanding in our DNA and assist us in clearing deep levels of trauma. 

You might not have that, but you might have some of the ylang ylang or sandalwood, or even jasmine. Select what oil or combination is available to you. 

Next, I will mention crystals. They are very potent interventions from an alchemical perspective, because they contain vibration.

Similar to a computer, they’re able to send and receive information. So when we’re working tonight and doing the meditation, and within the meditation there’s healing that occurs, you can infuse the crystals that you have with you.  

Amber is a beautiful stone and has a similar resonance for this healing with Mary Magdalene. It’s a resin and I like to use this for working with Mary Magdalene. One, it really helps us connect with the ancient wisdom of the earth, but it also helps us to open our sensual nature, which is very much part of the medicine that Mary Magdalene brings in the form of sacred sexuality.

The other thing that’s really beautiful about amber is that it helps us to regenerate at the DNA level. And when we’re working within the sacred circle and ceremony with the divine feminine and the goddess energy, we’re really opening ourselves to perspectives of receptivity, to heal at that DNA level, through the mother and father bloodlines.

Take your essential oil or your essential oil formula and put a few drops into your left hand. What I’m going to be using is cistus oil, and a little bit of spikenard. Spikenard is renowned from a biblical perspective because it was spoken that Mary Magdalen bathed the feet of Jesus with spikenard.

It is a wonderful oil for us to open our hearts and open our third eyes. It communicates at the DNA level with ancient wisdom. Inhalation of pure essential oils offers an immediate response within the brain, body, mind, and spirit. 

Due to the profound connection between the olfactory system and the limbic center that regulates so much of our physiology mood, memory, and emotion, when we inhale an essential oil, we are able to create new, potently positive memory cells and new neural pathways through this process.

These aromatic molecules are not just connecting into the brain, but they’re communicating at the level of the blood and the bone, and the DNA they’re coming into the chakra system to expand the chakras for receptivity as well as all of the Meridian points. The aroma is part of the invitation. When you anchor that invitation with your intention, it becomes not only a more potent synergy or medicine, it becomes a medicine that’s unique to you to exactly what you need in the moment, which is so important.

I am mixing a drop of cistus and a drop of jasmine, both of these oils are in the Mary Magdalene formula because it has such an affinity with all of the main centers around sensuality, second chakra and the heart, aligning the heart with our sensual nature, which is so important. And then bringing that up to the third eye, which when we do the healing today, you might notice some energy moving up your spine- that’s very, very natural. Just remember to breathe. After the session, drink a lot of water. 

Now, your crystals also are going to be great ways that you can infuse your intention by adding your essential oils to the crystals, and then holding them either in your hands or putting them around you in a configuration, depending on what you have.

You don’t have to have the amber. You can have quartz. Quartz is great for meditation, or I even love a selenite. Selenite wands are really excellent too for meditation, and these are very helpful to not only again open the energy bodies, but to accelerate the process of spiritual evolution.

I started out every monthly goddess group with this invitation, which came to me a number of months ago. So feel free to take a deep breath in, open your hearts, open your mind.

Soften and deepen your breath.

You are the keepers of sacred magic, the template of the divine feminine protector of the Holy Grail, the goddess, the Holy of Holies. She is known by many names. Mary Magdalene, Isis, Hathor, Quan Yin, Hecate, Venus, Aphrodite, Diana, Freya, and Gaia. Keepers of the sacred flame. You are being called to come together in community to be held, seen, to heal your wounds, our wounds of separation, of struggle, and profound forgetting.

Together we will awaken, shift, heal and evolve, stepping forward with our unique light, truth, and expression of the divine and physical form. As we heal one and awaken, we heal the many lifting, the planetary vibration and the collective consciousness. Together, we will unite all the aspects of her beauty, wisdom, power and grace, and we will rise as one, shining in our greatest love.

Allow that resonance to move through you.

Mary Magdalene’s story is shrouded in mystery with many teachings that are tremendously germane to us right now as consciousness on the planet is elevating at a quantum rate and we’re shifting and transforming as this new earth. As we know, those processes of growing aren’t always easy and pain-free, and again, working with the meditation gives us the ability to bring the higher vibrations through the auric field and ground them in a very focused way and a unified way, especially when we’re creating group circle and group hara.

It is so important to support each other and to come together with a calm perspective, despite everything that’s going on around us, because we are those trailblazers of light that are finding ways to deeply heal and transform ourselves.

We can be the light in greater ways to pave the way for others. We invite Mary Magdalene’s truth, her wisdom, her deep love and reverence for visceral teaching, clearing and activation. Some of the qualities that are very specific to Mary Magdalene are mysticism, as we mentioned, sacred sexuality, divine adoration, surrender, unity, consciousness, and the expression of the authentic self, which is so profound and so needed right now, as we’re coming together in new ways as a unified humanity.

This meditation is going to be, in part a reclamation of our sensual empowerment, and new ways to honor ourselves, forgive ourselves, and to bring healing light to this aspect because it opens and paves the way for us to connect in with our own aspects of mysticism.

We don’t necessarily have to be in partnership for that to connect to our sacred sexuality. There’s a great book called, The Magdalen Manuscript, by Judy Scion and Tom Kenyon. It’s not only a beautiful story from the perspective of Mary Magdalene, but it speaks to the alchemy that’s possible when we connect in with our central power. From the tantric perspective, when we’re connecting from a physical, emotional, and spiritual manner, and aligning with the sacred sexuality, it becomes possible to access the zero point field of limitless creation.  We are able to move into a different reality of creation to be able to take those longings that are held high in the heart and be able to actualize them in physical form in our lives.

MEDITATION

Take a deep breath in and please bring your focus to your dantian point about an inch and a half below your navel. That single note that holds you in physical form, that tone that is unique to you.

And from here, we’re going to invite in the intention to drop a golden line of light down through the root chakra, down through the legs, out the soles of the feet, and those three lines of golden light merging at the earth crust chakra. And effortlessly sinking down into the core crystal at the very center of the earth. You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in your body right now, which is completely natural.

And at the core crystal, we call forth the highest vibrational patterning from the core of mother earth, goddess Gaia that is available in this moment to come back up, swirling with amber light back up through the layers of the earth. Through the earth crust chakra and back up through the soles of the feet, the legs, up through the root, back to the dantian point, which begins to pulsate and swirl in amber light.

This amber light now moves up through the hara line. Bathing each cell and regenerating each cell, with the renewed life force of mother Gaia. Amber light, moving all the way up to the heart. Pulsating in the heart and recalibrating all energy centers from the heart all the way down through the auric field.

And on the next breath in, we called forth the presence of the goddess, divine mother, the Holy of Holies, Mary Magdalene. Envisioning a cobalt light shining down from the throne of the cosmic consciousness, source light.

We invoke the presence of our guides, guardians, spiritual teachers. We call forth the presence of the angels of the four directions, Raphael in the direction of East, sacred sound and thought, and the element of air. 

Archangel Michael in the direction of South, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration.

In the direction of the West, we call forth Archangel Gabriel, the element of water, sacred fluid bodies upon mother Gaia, deep, emotional cleansing and purification.

And in the direction of the North, we call forth Archangel Uriel, the element of earth. The sacred ground beneath our feet structure, solidarity, safety, and abundance.

In the direction of ether we call forth akasha, of all that is seen and unseen.  Past, present, future.

All unfolding in divine order, divine, perfection, and grace. We call forth our I am presence. And from the universal and cosmic perspective, we call forth the highest level of light quotient available too, in this now moment, in accordance with your I am presence.

Breathe and bathe as this cobalt light begins to rain down upon every layer of your auric field, bathing your cellular consciousness and the frequency of divine light, divine order. Energy centers from the heart all the way above recalibrate and realign.

Breathe in deeply this cobalt light into your heart space, into the zero point field, the dimension of effortless creation potential.

Now see, feel, allow, imagine the presence and energy and vibration of Mary Magdalene standing before you. Open your heart to receive her sacred mysteries.

Angel of God, guardian dear, please come into my sacred seeking heart. Today I will experience a miracle, surrendering my defenses, opening my heart and aligning with the will of the creator.

From your heart to the heart of the Magdalene, put forth your intentions. 

Breathe in the cobalt light to every cell, every molecule, particle, subatomic particle, down through the portal of your DNA, into your mother and father bloodlines.

Allowing this healing light to come through your genetic lines, mother, father, mother’s mother, mother’s father, father’s mother, father’s father. And so on.

You’ll notice now that Mary Magdalene raises her right hand palm up. And from this hand, a platinum light begins to emanate from her palm and fingertips.

And she places her fingertips now on your sacral chakra. Cleansing, clearing, purifying. Releasing shame, guilt, distortion through the timelines to purify and restore the original intent for sacred sensuality as a portal to creation. Creating love through form and spirit, stylizing matter with the light of divine love. 

Breathe Deeply, as we call forth the template of the divine feminine, the holy grail. The imprint of that divine feminine in perfected light, love, and empowerment. We imbue every cell with this frequency igniting the spark of divine consciousness through the entire field of light.

Breathe and bathe as you envision Mary Magdalene before you, and this time raising her left hand and little green light begins to emanate from her palm and fingertips.

As she places her fingertips upon your heart and your high heart, cosmic heart, activating sacred symbols throughout your field and cellular structures.

The Goddess emparts a gift to you. That gift could be in words, symbols, color, any other imagery that you can see, feel, allow, or imagine. Inviting the gift of her sacred blessing. Allow your field to recalibrate with this frequency, but this light.

Offering a prayer of gratitude. We offer this healing to earth and all kingdoms of life upon her, the plants, the minerals, the animals be activated with a full spectrum of their vibration, life force, medicine, light, for their original intent from the Creator to be activated and connected around the globe.

And for the human kingdom, may we remember our own divine light and that we are all one.

Offer a prayer of gratitude to the goddess, to Mary Magdalene, prayer of gratitude and blessing. Gratitude to all of the light beings above around us.

Take another deep breath in of your essential oils to close the memory cell that you may revisit at any moment, with the same aroma, unlocking the healing, the medicine, the connection, the sacred circle that we have cultivated here tonight. So be it.

Every month we come together to celebrate the divine feminine in all of her forms, phases and facets. 

We unite in sacred space as a community to support each other, to nourish each other and to elevate each other for when we elevate one another we elevate ourselves. As women we heal in community, we don’t heal through isolation, or separation, or competition. It’s when we can come together from a place of authentic self, with our hearts open that we can truly hear each other. We remind ourselves and each other how important it is to listen to that inner voice of wisdom, our own wise women within. It is that voice of our highest nature that never leads us astray. 

Every goddess is a little bit different in their particular sacred medicine and mysticism. Some Goddesses may be focused for love, where some might be more for healing or prosperity. We work with a different goddess so we can ignite a greater relationship with her and through her with ourselves, so that we may intertwine her magic with our own.  This synergy excavates and enhances a place of our own self realization, deepening the connection and expression of our unique quintessence and the awareness of our own magic, creativity and empowerment. This is a journey of remembering how to use the limitless potential of the alchemical elements and intention to create from our soul’s desires. Crystal healing, essential oils, sacred geometry,  quantum physics, and ritual are all part of our alchemical amalgamation. Monthly, I create a sacred synergy for each goddess that anchors her energy and vibrational imprint within our  cellular consciousness, beyond our sacred circle together. 

As your ally, guide and modern alchemist, I often am asked about alchemy. Historically, alchemy is known as the process of turning base metals into gold. When I talk about alchemy, I’m speaking about transmuting the places that we all have within us of separation, struggle, fear, and anxiety and transmuting them to energies of empowerment, passion and purpose. I am also asked about Quantum Alchemy. We are at an evolutionary point of consciousness, where it’s possible to transform and leap in quantum ways along our own journey of transformation and personal growth. We can come to understand why we have incarnated on the planet at this time, what unique gifts we bring and how we can create in a more exquisite way of living with ourselves and each other.

One area that I appreciate during the time of Covid 19 is that we are collectively going through a period of reset. All of humanity is slowing down in an unprecedented way so we can come to a place of deep introspection and ask ourselves who am I? Why am I here? Where have I been? Where am I going? Am I on point or do I need course correction? Am I living my dream or my purpose? Am I living in right relationship with myself and my core relationships..colleagues, community and Mother Earth? 

We have a beautiful opportunity to take the time to bring light, healing, forgiveness, compassion, and love to ourselves as we start to redefine who we are, and our relationship to the world around us. We can ask deeper questions of the evolving nature of the planet and how we can expand our perspective to engage in a new way. Even though our experiences of loss, grief and change may vary from person to person, or family to family, we are all going through this together. And we can heal deeply, collectively wherever we are on our spiral journey of life. 

GODDESS FREYA

A little over three months ago, when setting my daily intentions, I would pick the same card from my oracle deck, that of Freya. She is known as the Goddess of love, beauty, fertility, mysticism. She is also the goddess of death and change… I was intrigued. I took it that change was coming into my life, but I couldn’t put my finger on what aspect. I then recalled that about  two years ago when the Goddess circle was in Asheville, we had celebrated Freya, and that I had created a sacred synergy in her name. I realized it was in part a message to remake.  Its bright aroma of lemon verbena with floral notes of jasmine, creates a delicious aromatic alchemy.  Remembering its potency, I begin to use it and call in her unique aspects of her healing; protection, spiritual and protecting energy. These elements are germane right now to our collective. It’s easy to become drained, anxious or fearful of what’s going to happen next. This formula in particular is nourishingly grounding. 

As we go into this mediation invoking goddess Freya and protection, let us ground down our energy fields in a completely new way to the earth. We can benefit from even 5-10 minutes a day to calm and align our energy fields. Making it easier for us to assimilate the energies pouring down upon the planet as we go through this great shift and transition, increasing the vibration of the planet and all of our systems as well. Mediation helps us reconfigure and flow with these energies in a way that’s more harmonious for us. 

Essential oils that align with Freya –  lime, lemon verbena, jasmine, geranium

We will be working with the mystical aspects of Freya: energies of protection and letting go of old phases, cycles, emotions, patterns, belief systems and glass ceilings that you find are limiting you in some way.

I recommend you place some of your favorite essential oil blend in your left palm, as your left hand is the receptive hand to receive higher frequency. The palms bring the vibration and biochemical aspects of oil into the system, consciousness and energy fields to work with healing from a holographic perspective. 

MEDITATION

Inhale your chosen essential oil. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in letting the stress and density of the day fall away, letting it go. We call upon the energies of Source light, Mother, Father, God, the Holy of Holies. We call forth the presence of the Elohim, your spiritual teachers, guides, guardian angels. Angels of the four directions: Rafael east, sacred sound and thought. Michael in the South, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration. In the West, Gabriel and the element of water, sacred fluid bodies upon Mother Gaia; deep cleansing and purification. In the North, Uriel and the element of Earth; the sacred ground beneath our feet, of deep nourishment, structure, abundance, and protection. We call forth the presence of the Divine Mother, energies of the Goddess known by many names, Freya, Isis, Mary, the Magdalen, Ishtar, Diana, Venus… we welcome and honor thee. 

Take a deep breath into the very center of your heart, entering the zero point field; the place of limitless creation. All creative potential. Open your hearts, align your will with Divine consciousness. Take a moment now to put forth silently your personal intentions.

Take a moment when you are complete to put forth your intentions for Mother Earth, for all kingdoms of light upon this beautiful planet. Cleansing light upon all of Mother Earth, the great healing and awakening for human kind. 

With the release of the virus, and a return of the original blueprint, perfected from the creator mind, for Earth and all of her inhabitants. The plant kingdom, activated with the full spectrum of its medicine and vibration. Mineral and animal kingdoms, activated full spectrum vibration and healing. For the human race to connect with the divine consciousness of light, of love. Awakening the voice of truth within. 

We call upon goddess Freya. Freya we ask for your blessing, your energetic imprint of light, of protection, of sacred medicine, the remembrance of love, and the mystical powers that lay dormant within. May we remember how to dance within our own light and to shine light upon the world and each other. With magnificence, with glory, with freedom. 

Continue to breathe in deeply. Inviting this light to dance with each of your cells, molecules, particles, subatomic structures within your being…dancing, illuminating, connecting, communing. Giving yourself permission to be your fullness of light, of beauty, of strength, of courage, of love, of mysticism. Keep heeding the calling to rise; to rise up and shine your light in a way that you have not yet before. What is it that you have come to bring to this world? Listen. The voice of truth resides within you. Deep breath in. Allow these energies to integrate and assimilate. Feel the relaxed calm, the peace, the presence. Offer goddess Freya a prayer of gratitude and invite her to stand with you, to walk with you, in front of you, behind you, around you…in protection, illumination, and boldness.

We give thanks to all energies and beings of light who surround us in this moment and in all moments, we thank you.

Goddess Hecate (Heh-ka-tay)

As women, how do we connect to and maintain our authenticity? How do we continue to source our vitality, inner beauty, wisdom and our feminine power when we are pulled in so many different directions at once? We look to the ancient Goddesses to illuminate our path. 

Every month I facilitate a Divine Sacred Feminine Circle for healing and empowerment. For each group a different Goddess guides the circle of transformation. In sacred community, we incorporate the ancient ways of ritual, guided meditation, rare essential oils, crystals and sacred geometry. Connecting with a specific Goddess, allows us to experience and embody their unique aspects. The Divine Feminine is rising on the planet in a new cohesive way. As women, we are being called to connect and commune in ceremony to nourish ourselves and each other through the collective consciousness.  The alchemy of the Goddess Gathering Ceremony is deeply transformative, and potentiates quantum shifts in awareness and personal growth. As women, we heal and grow when we connect and embrace each other from our authentic selves, elevating each other as we shift and expand our individual conscious understanding of life. 

In the colder months, we look to Goddess Hecate to infuse us with new levels of strength, clarity and abundance. As the leaves change and begin to fall, the cooler weather invigorates our ability to gaze inward. Often depicted in triple form, holding a pair of torches, the Greek Goddess Hecate is Light Leader with the ability to assist us in transmuting and bridging the darkness of the shadow side, or lower self, which exists in us all. Embracing our shadow nature allows our light to burn more brightly, illuminating our highest path of purpose and passion. 

As a child, I spent a great deal of time in nature, alone with the scents and sounds of the meadow, the forest, the lake and the creek in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. I felt more comfort and connection from the natural surroundings than with most of the people in my circle of family and friends. The plants, trees and stones seemed alive and able to communicate with each other. And with me. So, it was no surprise when as an adult, I was drawn to their spiritual and healing properties.

When do you feel most alive? Is it through art, nature, sports, gardening? Often, the play we feel most joy and connection from holds a portent for the areas where we will find our passion and purpose in later years.

In my teens, I often experienced a sense of inner strength, a brightening of my spirit and what seemed like an elongation to my small 5’4’’ frame. At times, it seemed too much to handle. It wasn’t until many years later, as my spiritual awareness grew, that I realized that this was the presence of the Goddess within me. I have felt a connection to Goddess Hecate since those early years. She is a guiding force of protection, manifestation of abundance and other intentions for empowerment. I feel as though she is a bridge from the Goddess power to the Wise Woman voice within me. How do you experience that voice within? Do you long for a deeper connection to the Goddess?

If you haven’t worked with Hecate before, I encourage you to do so with this caveat. Her power is potent, be honest and clear with yourself and the intentions for what you want to release or manifest in your life. Hecate has the power to shine her light on our deepest places of darkness as well as to magnify our brightest light to support the deepest longings of our soul.

I like to incorporate ceremony and ritual into my intentional practice. Ceremony bears the gift of slowing us down to the present moment, where magic and limitless potential are created. Here is a ritual for you to work with your intention (see below). I recommend using the Hecate Escensual Myst for your ceremony as well as in your daily practice to build momentum, actualizing your intention into form aka spiritizing matter.

Goddess Hecate Ritual

Here’s what you need:

• Moon Phase: Full Moon-New Moon – Use the Full Moon for Manifestation and From 3 days after to the New Moon for release work

• Essential Oil or Herb: Powdered Cinnamon

• Candle: Red

• Flower: 3 red roses

• Crystal: Ruby or Garnet cleansed in fresh water

• Blank paper and pen

• Glass of water

Depending on which phase of the moon you decide to work in, inscribe your paper with your key intentions. Offer the rose and cinnamon to the Goddess and her highest benevolent influence on your desires. Surround your candle with cinnamon and your chosen crystal and roses. After you have written your intentions, take a few minutes to focus on your desires. Place your crystal or crystals in your glass of water, hold in both hands, continuing to hold your intentions. Spray our Hecate Escensual Mist over your ritual area and surrender your desire into the capable, auspices of Goddess Hecate and envision them as fully complete. You may safely burn your paper as a ritual of alchemy, expressing your gratitude to the Goddess. Take a sip of your crystal empowered water and drink the rest the next day. Watch for signs over the coming days and open your heart to the fullest of empowering experiences.

Note: Self care is paramount in the journey of soul work and transformation. Remembering how to love, forgive, accept and embrace all the parts of ourselves that are perfectly imperfect is the  essence of compassion and a veritable portal for the transformative unfoldment of soul expression. 

Pathways for self care: drink plenty of clean water. Epsom or sea salt baths. Journal.
