What is the Zero Point Field?

The zero point field is a dimension of limitless creative potential. Held within the core of our heart space, It is the sacred chamber where we can invite our consciousness, intention, and attention to be able to sculpt the dreams and desires that our soul longs to experience in this lifetime. When we’re working with the perspective of intentional creation,  our love and our gratitude become the sculptors intertwining with our intention to create. When I talk about creation from that perspective, it’s about creating beyond a third-dimensional construct of what seems possible or impossible.

As we look in our communities and our individual governments and economic systems and then looking at the world as a whole, we see that there are many, many things right now that are difficult to understand from a third-dimensional perspective.  This is where we have tremendous opportunity to be that change that we want to see in the world and to keep our beings as clear as possible.

Every week I mention an essential oil and a crystal because the plant and mineral kingdoms have such powerful medicine to not only bring healing and balance to our energy bodies but right down to our cellular level, into the level of the DNA and mother and father bloodlines. These bloodlines contain everything that we’ve carried to this point in creation, that’s held within our trillions and trillions of cells. It’s ok If you don’t have the oil or crystal I mention,  you can work with any oil or crystal that you have at your disposal. If you don’t have any oils or crystals that’s ok because we always work with the cosmic consciousness and the life force of each. 

ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY

Essential oils are so important because we can not only repattern the brain through their use, we can create new memory cells, which we do in these meditations. We can also literally shift the trajectory of our emotional response at the moment by inhaling the right essential oils and the right formulation. Like a stepping stone effect, when we shift our emotional response we’re able to shift our thinking process and then ultimately our consciousness as a whole. This is why essential oils are so important for our holistic health. They really contain the most potent form of plant medicine because it’s the quintessence of the plant. 

Ylang Ylang medicine is an activator for emotional release of the heart. It brings healing and balance to our feminine aspects and encourages us to let go of all the energies, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that no longer serve, so we can claim our greatness.  This clears pathways to emanate and embody more light and love in the heart, which allows us to strengthen and create more momentum as we’re creating from the perspective of intention and effortless intention. Ylang ylang alchemy connects our heart to our sacral chakra, to engage tantric lifeforce and energize our intentions with even greater momentum.

Ylang ylang is wonderful for releasing old energies around grief, betrayal, and any energy or emotion that is stuck specifically in the heart area. 

If you have any essential oil at all, put a drop in the palm of your left hand; the left hand receives a higher frequency. Then take a deep breath, and as you’re breathing deeply, you’re creating a new memory cell that will forever be held within… not just in your brain, but in your cellular consciousness. Invite in your intention as you’re inhaling your essential oil.

You are now opening the levels of the auric field, the energy centers, the meridian points to be able to move the energy into your cellular consciousness. 

CRYSTAL ALCHEMY

Ruby medicine invokes the richness, depth, and sacred nature of the human heart. Ruby alchemy opens the pathway to the Holy of Holies, the sacred chamber within our heart space where the zero point field and dimension of limitless creation exists. Ruby alchemy expands our sense of connection to the soul on the inner planes and activates our inner radiance, sensuality, and mysticism.

If you have your crystal, you can anoint it, you can hold it in your hand or you can place it on your body If you’re laying down in meditation, whichever is most comfortable for you.

MEDITATION

Take a deep breath in and bring your attention and focus to the dantien point, about an inch below your navel; the single note that holds you into physical form. Breathe down through the chakra, down through the legs, the feet, all three lines of light meeting at the earth crust chakra. 

Sinking down deep through the layers of the earth. Down deeper and deeper, and then merging with the core crystal at the very center of the earth. Let the calibration of this connection realign your earth connection to the core crystal. Feel all of the tension, stress, chaos, uncertainty, fear, anxiety, and overwhelm dissolve.

We invite the presence of the angels of the four directions to sit around and stabilize our individual fields as well as our collective hara, the vehicle of light. 

Rafael in the direction of East. Michael in the direction of South. Gabriel in the direction of West. Urial in the direction of North.

On your next breath envision a platinum ray of light that begins to beam down from the higher realms with such brilliance. It begins as a point of platinum light and then expands out to millions of rays of platinum light that begin to rain down upon your fields…lifting any density and any lower frequencies.

Platinum rays of light beaming down through the crown, through your center channel cleansing, clearing, lifting the frequency. Cleansing the blood, the bone, the marrow, all the way down through the organs, the cells, the molecules, subatomic structures.

Pulsating platinum light down to each of the trillions and trillions of cells in the body and through the DNA, the mother and father bloodlines.

Calibrating, reconfiguring, reorganizing at the particle level NOW. Chakra centers are realigning throughout our field.

On the next breath in, see, feel, allow your heart to begin to expand. The vibration quickens. You may feel a tingling in this area as the heart begins to expand further.

Take a deep breath into the very center of your heart space, to the sacred chamber, the Holy of Holies, to the zero point field of limitless creative potential.

This is a dimension that exists beyond the third, fourth, and even fifth-dimensional octave. It is ripe with all possibility.

Invite your consciousness to sit in this sacred temple in the center of your heart, as we invite the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of ruby and ylang ylang. Invite this frequency to imprint and actualize Its spirit medicine into the cellular consciousness, into the particles, subatomic particles, the DNA at potency, and 10 mm NOW.

Breathe deeply. Breathing into each cell of the body. Tuning every level of your being to the frequency of the zero point field and the realm of intentional effortless creation.

Breathe in your intentions, and invite the frequency of love and gratitude to dance and synergize with your intentions.

Allowing the hara line to realign itself.  Hara is a dimension of effortless intention. When we align with our hara we are aligned with our life purpose. 

What is it that you have come here to create in this life? To embody? To experience? And to emanate?

The longings that are held in your soul, no limitation….no constriction. Breathe in the freedom of this sacred chamber deep in your heart. Put forth your intentions for the planet, your loved ones. We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life:

The plant, mineral, and animal kingdoms… may they activate to their full-spectrum and blueprint of source light, frequency of medicine, of life force, of sacredness. And for all of humanity to remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that is within each of us and unites us as one. Aho.

Inhale any oil left on your hands for about 30 seconds as you close the memory cell that is filled with the vibration, the healing, and the communion from this meditation that you can revisit anytime through intention and inhaling the same aroma.

Offer a prayer of gratitude to yourself for carving this time for all of the beings, physical and non-physical here this evening, and holding the space.

As we move beyond the third-dimensional construct of limitation, we have the beautiful opportunity to engage and explore the consciousness of miracles. We are invited to look beyond our ego desires and to instead turn our focus inward to our heart and our soul path, and hear our true inner calling for divine co-creation. The plant, mineral, and vibrational frequencies encourage our deepest longings for healing and transformation along the path of self-mastery. 

Our two primary alchemical interventions from the plant and crystal kingdoms are tuberose and emerald. 

Tuberose medicine reminds us to reach for the heavens and to swing upon the stars along the way. It’s exquisite and floral aroma sings deeply into our hearts, encouraging the songs of our soul to be elevated and set free. The alchemy of tuberose awakens the soul seat, where all the longings for this incarnation are held, to expand and dance our desires into creation. Tuberose reminds us that our intentions and ability to create them are to serve the Divine and not our egos. Its sacred medicine finds you when you are ready to step into the next level of your soul path. 

Emerald medicine is one of activation and unification. It is an alchemy of profundity that draws us deep inside, into our heart space and the zero point field; the dimension of limitless creative potential. This activation runs both down along the hara line to the center of Mother Earth, to the sacred crystals and ceremonial points that source all fecundity. The alchemy of emerald then activates it’s vibration back up the hara, through to the higher realms of Divine consciousness, expanding our connection and understanding of our true nature and purpose.   

Please use the oil and crystal you have on hand. Apply one drop of oil to your left palm, rub your hands together and breathe in deeply for 30-45 seconds as you invite in the clarity of your intention. What is it that you long to create in your life right now? Tap your soul seat, (thymus area) to activate this sacred center, which is filled with all the longings for this incarnation. What does your soul long for?

If you are using a crystal, anoint it with your oil(s) and hold it in your left hand or if you are lying down place it over your soul seat. 

Breathe into the dantian, just below the navel. Invite a golden line of light to come from this center down through your root and down each leg simultaneously, meeting at the earth core chakra and SINK deep down into the earth. 

Releasing the tension of the day, the week, the times. You begin to feel like you are sliding down an emerald column of light to the very center of Mother earth. This sacred chamber surrounded by crystals of all colors and four pillars of light that represent the four cardinal points, fills you with peace and begins to recalibrate you at the cellular and DNA level. Emerald light activates each and every cell, the bone, the blood, the marrow all infused with emerald light. 

The sacred medicine of the tuberose begins to flood down from the higher realms, lifting your frequency and expanding your understanding of the greater truths of yourself and the universe. Let go of all limitations: thoughts, patterns, beliefs, emotions….anything that hinders you from claiming your greatness. Set it free and it sets you free. 

Breathe into the very center of your heartspace, to the zero point field, the dimension of limitless creation. It is pulsating with emerald light. Bring the seeds of your intentions here so they may root, grow and flourish. Every dream, every desire, every longing you hold for this incarnation is potential awaiting your attention, your intention. 

The light of the Infinite source is the sacred clay of and for your creation. Sculpt your miracle with great joy, with great pleasure. As you do, you pass the activation codes on to those around you who also stand ready to expand beyond what appears possible. Everything is possible.

The miracle that you have searched lifetimes for, that you continue to search for right now, is and has always been held within you. Deep within your cellular matrices held sacredly in the structure of your DNA, is the spark of Divinity that beckons you to awaken to your co-creative nature. The guidance for today’s meditation on healing the womb of creation evoked a place of curiosity within me. What does that look like? I started to see points of connectivity where we would begin with our own wombs for healing, bringing cleansing, purification and light into that area of our body.  From there we will bring that healing light into our ovaries, whether or not we have them physically because those are portals for accessing the mother and father bloodlines of our DNA to clear all of the past imprints that are held within this area of our bodies and beings. We will then journey to connect into the womb of the earth with a cleansing and purification of that vortex and with that a realignment. Lastly, we will make the point of connection to the womb of cosmic consciousness. Then there will be a very potent clearing and realignment from all 3 perspectives. 

PLANT & MINERAL ALCHEMY

Let’s explore the two forms of alchemy with the plant kingdom and the mineral kingdom that we will work with tonight. 

Pearl medicine is our mineral alchemy of the day. They don’t have to be the super fancy expensive kind, and you can be wearing them or you could just hold them. Or as in every group, we will invoke the cosmic consciousness, so we will still be able to experience the potency of their healing. This is such powerful medicine because pearl represents our feminine creative potential and because of its origin, it’s deeply connected to the water element, as well as emotional cleansing and purification.

Pearl is most known for its ability to balance the emotional body and to bring peace, calm and clearing and also to heal the sacral chakra and the energy of the womb because it emanates such beautiful feminine vibrations. For those of us who have lived any or much of our lives with a predisposition to rely on our masculine nature, and myself certainly being one of them, pearl is a wonderful mineral to work with to reestablish the original intent for the feminine archetype and the feminine creative life force.

Pearl also helps to restore harmony to the mother bloodline and the relationships that we have with our mothers. It helps to bring healing all the way through from our one personal perspective in the moment to relationship with our mother and then all the way through the bloodline. Because of its unique formation, it also helps us to move into each of the ovaries and to bring the beautiful pearlescent ray of light into each of those temples, which represents our connection to our mother and father bloodlines. So in this meditation we’re definitely going to be receiving that from our womb perspective all the way through our bloodlines.

Our essential oil alchemy combines Geranium and Clary sage. These are two of my favorite oils.  I had endometriosis in my late teens – early twenties and when I found aromatherapy, these two oils were a pivotal part of my healing.

Clary sage is really great for pain of an emotional and physical nature. It has almost a hypnotic nature to it. It’s really helpful to bring us to that deep place of connection with our inner wise woman. It also helps to solve it and dissolve any emotional trauma. So any of the places where we feel peaks of an emotional response or unresolved emotions that are calling to be brought to wholeness.

It’s also a great nervine, so it’s very relaxing. You could add a few drops to your bath.  You can use it in so many ways like making an oil for anointing. For this meditation like we typically do, we’ll take a drop of this essential oil or whatever one you have and put them into the palms of your hands and rub them together while inhaling deeply for 30-45 seconds. 

The next oil is Geranium, which is one of my favorites. Rose geranium is so great for hormonal balancing for any stage of feminine hormonal imbalance from the early days of puberty to pms pain and cramping, endometriosis, and it’s absolutely great for menopause. It’s relaxing and it really helps women and even men because we all have a female perspective, to bring balance to the female nature. There’s also a tremendous depth to Geranium, which is great to bring healing and consciousness to any part of our being, any part of our cellular consciousness, any part of our emotions. Anytime that we’re in patterns of overthinking, it’s a great oil to bring us back to center.

MEDITATION

If you have your oils, inhale for 30 seconds and invite the fullness of your intention. On your next breath in, bring your focus to your dantien point, allowing the center to strengthen and pulsate with light.

From  the very center of your dantien, allow a golden line of light to drop down through your root down, through your legs, the souls of your feet, and all three lines meeting in unity at the core star chakra, and sink dropping down effortlessly to the core crystal where we bless mother Gaia with a great love in our hearts.

Inviting the highest vibrational patterning of the amber life force. Rise back up, back up through all the layers on the earth, moving back up through the auric field, nourishing each layer up through the feet, the legs, through the root, back to the dantien, which begins to recalibrate and pulsate with greater light.

Now align this frequency to move up through the belly cleansing, clearing, nourishing, recalibrating, the field all the way up through the heart, high heart, through the neck, the jaw, the bones, the brain all the way up through the crown of the head up through the antahkarana, through the higher realms, through the throne of cosmic consciousness, source light.

We invite the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Geranium and Clary sage from the very heart of the plant kingdom. We invite your frequency to imprint on the cellular level at the potency of 10 mm NOW. 

Inviting your light frequency and aromatic molecules to move into your womb; circulate and swirl your light and healing vibration. Feel this part of your body relax.

Cleansing, clearing, releasing all limiting thoughts, beliefs, images, and emotions around life creation, all creation. Everything you create comes through this portal, this womb of creation deep within you. Deeply connected to the womb of Mother Earth and deeply illuminated by the cosmic womb of creation.

Feel  these creative frequencies above and below you and deep within you in the temples of light that are your ovaries, accessing all pathways and both bloodlines; mother and father all held within your womb.

We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of pearl and diamond.

We invoke your frequency, vibration, and medicine to permeate every level of our being, every cell, molecule, and structure. 

Cleansing, purifying, restoring the perfected blueprint for creation from source creator light.

We call forth the teams of diamond light and the DNA infinity team of light to restore this perfection at the cosmic planetary and personal perspective NOW.

Breathe and allow the recalibration and alignment to anchor fully.

Envision a pearlescent ray of light emanating at the very center of your womb.

With each breath in this ray of light expands until your entire womb pulsates with this beautiful pearlescent light. At each ovary a ray of pearlescent light begins to spin and enter each ovary bringing the frequency of healing light through each of the bloodlines, back to the point of origination. 

Breathe in this light. Breathe and bathe until you feel your entire being pulsating in pearlescent light. Focus your inner sight now upon the cosmic womb of creation. It begins to spin and pulsate with this pearlescent light.

Feel a recalibration and alignment from this perspective down through the higher levels of your field, anchoring in your heart, anchoring into the very center of your heart into the zero point field of limitless creation.

Recalibrate, realign. On your next breath in, envision the womb of creation at the very center of Mother Earth, all the grand abundance, sacred life.

See this womb of creation spin and fill with this pearlescent light NOW. Recalibrating your frequency NOW.

Realigning physical and nonphysical bodies. Realigning all layers and levels back up to the heart.

Womb of creation at the center of the earth, recalibrate and align within you at the very center of your heart.

Cosmic womb of creation aligns and connects into the heart. 

Now as this pearlescent light moves through each and every layer of your field, it fully recalibrates and then holographically imprints upon each cell, molecule and subatomic structure all through the DNA and bloodlines. We offer this healing to earth and all kingdoms of life upon her.

May all kingdoms of life awaken to the full vibration and potency of life force and healing medicine held within them. Plant, mineral, animal, united in harmony. Human, may we remember the great spark of divinity and sovereignty that resides within each of us.

Gratitude & Intentional Creation       

Tonight’s meditation is to increase our experience and expression of gratitude and how to work with it to sculpt and create our intentions. Gratitude is the highest vibration, synergistically coupled with love. 

Cultivating a practice of gratitude helps to shift our vibration when we get stuck in certain emotions like frustration with ourselves, with another person, with our work, with our children, with our spouse, etc. Gratitude is an energy that can completely shift our consciousness and bring us back to that high vibe paradigm, the sweet spot of alignment in terms of attracting our reality. 

Our essential oil alchemy focuses on cistus, also known as rock rose, or rose of sharon. It’s an ancient, biblical oil. The coding that is imprinted vibrationally within its aromatic molecules is potent and flows into our whole being and through our DNA to awaken latent wisdom, and heal very old, very deep layers of trauma. It immediately brings us into our heart space in a very profound way. When we have an open heart, that’s such an easy way for gratitude to resonate within us at the cellular level. 

Another aromatic I’m going to recommend is technically not an essential oil. It’s gardenia monoi. The gardenia flowers are macerated in this coconut oil until the coconut oil is imbued with the scent and the properties, and of course the vibration of it. My favourite comes from a company in the UK in Glastonbury, which is also known as Avalon, that very magical, special area from the time of Camelot and King Arthur, filled with mystical lore. The vibration of this aromatic is just incredible. One of the nice things that you can use it for is skin care because it has that base of coconut oil. You can also use it as a medium for making your own perfume or your own anointing oil. I’m going to make these two recommendations because they’re all about entering and accessing the heart in a deeper way with great, great ease.

No worries if you do not have them on hand as we are invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of these beautiful plants.  We’ll allow that to come into our beings from a vibrational perspective. 

Our crystal alchemy is Kunzite and it has a beautiful pink color to it. This crystal too has a very similar resonance to the heart center. When we’re talking about gratitude, we know that we make that connection with the heart, but when we can come into the very center of the heart into that zero point field of limitless creative potential, and then synergize the vibration of gratitude within that, it creates a very succinct formula for manifestation or actualization. It’s okay if you don’t have these stones, we’ll be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force. I am such a lover of crystals and have been since I was a very young girl and it’s really such a potent form of alchemy in that the vibrational frequency from the mineral kingdom and the plant kingdom is very different and yet is so synergistic in terms of being able to bring balance, to repair the energy field, to clear energy, to clear trauma, and to support our recalibration. 

Take a deep breath and if you have any essential oils, it doesn’t have to be cistus or Gardenia, go ahead and take a few drops in your hands. Breathe it in deeply for about 30 seconds. As you’re doing that, you’re creating a new memory cell and you’re also receiving an activation into the Meridian points, into the energy centers, the chakras, and into your cells to open up to fully receive the totality of the healing. And then at the end of the session, inhaling it again, closes the memory cell. So when you want to access this information, this new intelligence from an energetic perspective and the healing energy, you can inhale the same aroma and connect right back in because of the power of the limbic system.

You can feel free to anoint your crystals. They love to be anointed with oils and to work synergistically between the two kingdoms. You can hold them in your hands. If you’re laying down, you can place them on your body. If anyone else is, or you are laying down cause we can’t see you, you could also put these crystals or any crystals that you have on your heart because that’s one of the areas that we’re going to be focusing on today. 

MEDITATION

Take a deep breath. 

On your next breath in, bring your intention to the Dantian point, that single note that holds you in physical form about an inch and a half below your navel.

Place your hand there with a loving presence. Invite your dantian to expand, to pulsate.

From the very center of the dantian, allow a golden line of light to drop down through the root, coming also simultaneously down through the legs, out through the soles of the feet, and all three lines of light meeting at the core star chakra.

First crust chakra. Sinking effortlessly down, down deeply.

Then intertwining with the core crystal at the very center of the earth.

Feel yourself realign. From the dantian point, realigning the root chakra, receiving the amber life force from our Earth mother to feed and nourish.

To come back up through the earth, blessing every level of our field with this amber light, all the way down to our cellular consciousness.

Feeling a new sense of ease, connection, conduction to the earth, connection to your body, connection to each other.

Now allowing this amber light to move all the way up through every organ, every cell, every molecule, particle, every subatomic structure in the physical body.

Balancing and recalibrating the nervous system, moving up through the energy centers, up through the belly. Amber light moving up through the heart, through the throat, the mouth, the teeth, the gums, the sinuses, cleansing all the way up through the brain and up through the crown of the head. 

Open and invite a connection with the throne of divine consciousness at the cosmic level, which begins to pour down a golden ray of light, embedded within those rays pulsating forms of sacred geometry.

As this ray comes down closer to the auric field, it expands then splits into thousands of rays of golden light.

Now raining down upon the cathartic template, the outer layer of your field, bathing, blessing, lifting your vibration. 

Moving down, permeating every level of the field.

Cleansing the emotional body and bringing its vibration down into the cellular level, where each and every cell begins to pulsate with this golden light. Activating the life force within each cell. Igniting the spark of divine light. The sacred flame at the very center of each cell.

Each and every cell vibrating in unity. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of cistus and Gardenia.

To imprint their vibration within every aspect of our cellular consciousness. Now.

Breathe in the sweet, ancient resonance of these plants.

Call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Kunzite.

Imprint its vibration and healing potency within each and every cellular structure and, holographically, it’s resonance through every level and layer of our field.

We invite these three energies to activate and recalibrate all the potencies of 10 mm. Now.

On the next deep breath in, envision a pink sphere of light pulsating right in front of your heart.

As you breathe it into your heart center, we call forth the template of gratitude.

Angel of God, guardian dear, please come into my sacred, seeking heart.

I embrace and acknowledge myself as a divine being of light.

Put forth your intentions. And then bathe them in the light and frequency of your love and gratitude. 

Now put forth your intentions for the planetary perspective, as we offer this healing to all kingdoms of life, upon this sacred planet.

That the plant and mineral kingdom awakens to the full spectrum of its medicine, vibration, and original intent. 

Singing it’s magic and medicine in the full range of harmonics.

For the animal kingdom to embody the fullness of its vibration and reverence, as great spirit medicine for all of humanity.

And for the human kingdom, that we may awaken to the remembrance of our divine light, our unity, our grace, and our compassion.

May the resonance of all kingdoms unite and lift the vibration of the collective.

Evolving our consciousness, our awareness, of our vast, multi-dimensional natures.

May we all remember to sing in harmony.

Breathe, bathe as your system now recalibrates once again, our layers and energy centers realign.
