Happy Fall Everyone. 

I host a monthly Divine Feminine Group with the intention of Igniting the Goddess within. Each month we honor a specific Goddess. In September we celebrated Lady Nada and worked with the energies of the pink flame; the consciousness of divine love and connecting into clear all the pathways of karma and karmic entanglements.

Each Divine Feminine gathering begins with an invocation, discusses an essential oil and crystal, and has a meditation. I like to share each gathering as a blog so that the content and healing can be accessible to all. 

One of the reasons that we come together in sacred community is to ignite all the levels of the divine feminine within us so we can support each other. So we can remember collectively and create greater momentum to be able to remember the very powerful co-creators we are of reality and how there is magic alive within us.

When we can come back into a place of deep connection with our own wise women selves, that allows us to become more receptive. It allows us to connect in with our intuitive aspects and our magic in so many ways; so much strength and grace.

INVOCATION

Open your body, open your mind, open your hearts. You are the keepers of the sacred flame. The template of the divine feminine protector of the Holy Grail, the Goddess, the Holy of Holies. She is known by many names. NAda, Isis, Hathor, Mother Mary, the Magdalene, Quan Yin, Hecate, Venus, Freya, and Gaia. 

Keepers of the sacred flame, you are being called to come together in community; to be held, seen. To heal your wounds, our wounds of separation, struggle, and profound forgetting. Together, we will awaken, shift, heal, and evolve, stepping forward with our unique light, truth, and expression of the divine in physical form. As we heal as one and awaken, we heal the many, lifting the planetary vibration and the collective consciousness.

Together, we will unite all the aspects of her beauty, wisdom, power, and grace, and we will rise as one shining in our greatest love

ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY

Blue and pink lotus are relevant essential oils for invoking and embodying Lady Nada. The consciousness of the Lotus is so powerful for not only opening our hearts but also opening our crowns. I have a blue Lotus attar that’s rare, precious, and truly magnificent. Blue Lotus attar has flowers that come in pink, blue, and white.

And I had the privilege of spending some time in Southern India where we went out to the lotus ponds at 5:30 am and the beautiful men that were leading our group went out in these small boats and paddled with their hands, and came back with the most exquisite lotus flowers. You could feel the vibration as it opened in your hand. The aroma was so ethereal it just lifted you up and out and expanded in so many ways and facets. 

As always in our meditations, don’t worry if you don’t have the mentioned essential oils, in fact, any essential oil that you have can be an anchor. The power of the limbic system offers potent opportunities for transformation. Inhaling the right essential oil can create a connection, a new cell, and a new cellular experience with your journey. 

Whatever essential oil you have, drop a little bit into your left palm. The left palm receives higher energies and the palms just like the soles of the feet are wonderful vortices for pulling in the biochemical aspects of the essential oils and also the vibrational aspects. 

Inhale the essential oil in your palms for about 20 to 30 seconds as you invite in the clarity of your intention for this healing and awakening.

CRYSTAL ALCHEMY 

Selenite is most often seen in wands that are clear. It’s wonderful for cleansing and purification. We’re going to work with pink selenite here because as we’re connecting in with the pink flame and the consciousness of divine love, specifically with the intention for cleansing at the karmic level, this is a wonderful stone for that and to access the heart. 

Ruby is also a wonderful stone that is in alignment for the energetic frequency and vibration of Lady Nada.

LADY NANA MEDITATION

Take a deep breath and presence yourself.

On your next breath in, let go of all the stress and tension of the day. Bring your focus to the dantien point, which is about an inch and a half below your navel. It’s known as a power point in terms of martial arts. This point represents that one physical note that holds us into this body; that one note that is unique to you.

Setting our intention to ground down from the center of our dantien point where the golden line of light moves down through the root chakra, and also simultaneously down through each leg and out through each sole of the foot. Three golden lines of light uniting at the earth crust chakra where they will sink.

Sink into the deep receptivity and nourishment of the mother of all mothers, Mother Earth.

Open yourself to feel the great vitality and abundance that is here for you and this place of deep connectivity.

Brilliant green light is nourishing each cell, each of the trillions of cells in your body from this connection.

Restoring vibrancy and vitality on all levels; all levels of the auric field, all organs of the body, the bone, the blood, Into the bone marrow. Deep connection with Mother Earth.

We let this beautiful life force continue to move up through us.

Feel yourself surrounded by the very heart of Goddess Gaia with such great joy, with such receptivity, with such longing for connection, communion.

Receiving this beautiful vibration and frequency that comes from her core into your core.

Moving up through your heart, to high heart, throat, into the head. This Greenlight continues to nourish and revitalize, moving up now through the crown and antahkarana point. Up through the higher realms to the cosmic throne of Lady Nada.

She’s illuminated in a brilliant pink ray of light that comes from the flame burning brightly at the very center of her heart.

Envision this pink ray unfolding into a sphere that expands 360 degrees around her. This pink sphere filled with the frequency and vibration of divine love begins to magnetically lift you higher and higher and higher until you are standing before her throne.

Breathe. 

We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of blue and pink lotus.

We invite this vibration and frequency to penetrate and permeate every level of our being, anchoring into the molecular consciousness at a potency of 10 mm NOW.

We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of pink selenite and ruby.

We invite the wholeness of your frequency into every cell and particle within our being at a potency of 10 mm NOW.

On the next breath in, Lady Nada beams a pink ray of light directly from her heart into yours. Invite this frequency of divine love to fill, heal, bless every aspect of who you are, into every crevice, every shadow.

Allow this frequency of divine love to open every door that is closed in your heart. Invite her to activate the pathway of service and ministry that is unique to you. Feeling your heart open, like the thousand-petaled lotus, drinking in that divine love.

you may choose to call on Nada to assist you to release karmic entanglements from all people, places, and things. Invite in a dialogue with your intentions, prayers, and requests. These will synergize with the alchemy of the moon, and the sacred flame within your heart will burn brighter from this day forward.

Put forth your intentions for Mother Earth, humankind. We offer this healing to all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. Every life is sacred. May the pink flame and divine love be activated within each kingdom and in particular, the human kingdom. 

May the template for the divine plan unfold in the most benevolent outcome. May we remember that our love heals and transforms all places of limitation, separation, and forgetting.

May our light within be illumined in its full brightness to awaken the remembrance of the spark of divinity and sovereignty for all beings. Aho. 

You can breathe in any oil that’s left on your hands to complete this circuit, to complete this memory cell that is fully alive within your being. You can come back to this moment at any time you choose.

In great gratitude, we honor the goddess, divine mother, Nada, and all aspects of the divine feminine.

Love Frequency       

The Heart. 

We invite in the intention to deepen our connection into our own sacred human heart, into that zero point field of limitless creation, where we can expand our heart centers. And by doing that, expand our conscious connection to everyone around us. 

It’s so important to be grounded and to be protected and to be clear, and it’s also important to be able to come into that sacred place within our hearts because in that dimension, we know that there is divine perfection. When we can radiate that frequency in our homes and our families and our communities, that has a very potent ripple effect on the world as a whole. It always comes back to love, being that primary alchemy to transform anything and everything. 

Crystal Alchemy

Rose quartz.

Rose quartz has such a beautiful affinity to come into the heart. Come into our human heart. But what it also does is it connects us with the cosmic heart, the heart of the universe, and then the heart at the center of the Earth. And so it really gives us such a template to connect into from a frequency of unconditional love. Even if you don’t have any Rose quartz, we’re going to be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force.

You might start feeling your heart open or tingle a little bit, which is a reminder that your heart can be your guide, your guiding force. 

Essential Oil Alchemy.

This is a Rose Otto that comes from Turkey. It’s absolutely divine. It’s very rare and has such a pure vibration, and ability to help us not only connect with our hearts, but regenerate as well. It regenerates at the level of spirit. It helps to breed spirit back into our bodies, into ourselves, into our hearts. It helps us to remember that we have two choices: We can either exist with our heart closed or we can open it, despite everything that we’ve experienced while being human and throughout our lives. Every moment we have the choice to open our hearts and when we do it changes everything. Every dynamic, every way that we love ourselves and are able to give and receive love to another, and to be able to emanate that out into the world. 

We will also work with Neroli oil, which is beautiful as well. It comes from the orange blossom. It’s great for bringing it’s vibration and aromatic molecules into the emotional body and those places where we feel inflamed, whether it’s an emotion of anger or grief or any type of extreme emotion, it helps to clear this heavier energy in the auric field and also to carry it’s love frequency into our cellular level and into our DNA.

MEDITATION

Take a deep breath and bring your focus, your intention down to the dantien point. Let’s drop our golden lines of light down through the root, down through the legs, all three meeting at the Earth Core Chakra and sinking down into the earth.

As we connect in with the core crystal at the center of the earth, we’re going to sink and relax a little more deeply.

As we let all the stress of the day dissolve, we call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Rose quartz. Lighting the beauty of your vibration and resonance of unconditional love to rain down upon our energy for you into our cellular consciousness. 

As that energy anchors and recalibrates the field, we call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life forces, Rose and Neroli (Orange Blossom). We invite that frequency to come down through every layer of the field, anointing it in love. Breathe it in through your heart space.

Now we’re going to allow all three of these frequencies to align at a 10 MM potency now, actualizing at the cellular level. Breathe and bathe as each and every one of your cells recalibrates with this frequency, trillions and trillions of cells in the body.

And on your next breath, bring your attention to a ray of light beaming into your heart.

It’s beaming in the frequency of the Mahatma, the Mahatma and love is the source of unconditional love.

Breathe into the very center of your heart, into the Holy of Holies. Envision yourself seated in the very center of your heart, bathing in a pool of light.

Cleansing away the dross and the density of the lower frequencies on the planet right now. Purifying your light bodies for this reconfiguration.

The more that you feel yourself immersed in this pool of light, the lighter you become, the more frequency you can hold. And the more love you can emanate.

Feel your heart expand. Your whole being begins to pulsate in this frequency of love. Trigger the love, love, love. Trigger the light, light, light.

Feeling the density clear from all levels of the auric field and dissolve into the universe.

From the very center of your heart space in this zero point field of limitless creation, put forth your personal intentions. Bathe your loved ones and your friends and family with this light, with this love. Pouring over, spilling outward from the fullness that you are in love.

Think of others you wish to bestow this love upon. And emanate it to them: your communities, your schools, your leadership, your government.

Continue to let your love expand outward until the entire planet is surrounded in this loving grace.

Put forth your intentions for humankind for all kingdoms of light upon this planet, may we rejoice in the remembrance of our divinity, our unity, and our light.

Send your love everywhere it is called right now. And now focus your love all the way through your cellular consciousness, through your DNA, into both the mother and father bloodline.  

Liquid light of love, unconditional love; streaming, healing, clearing, illuminating. Feel the brightness of your essence and light blessing every generation back and every generation forward.

Breathe the breath of gratitude for all that you are. For all that we are together. And for the great love and light, that is all around us.

WHAT is it about love that we crave it beyond all else? Sure, we can attempt to fill the void with everything from food, substances, shopping, co-dependency, projection, unclear boundaries, blame, sex and habits in between and beyond. I certainly have leaned in all of those directions in my personal pursuits. Our past, including our early childhood family mapping, carves out the ways we long for and are driven to attract and hold on, sometimes desperately to love. These trodden neural, emotional and energetic pathways are often the best indicators for where we long for healing, and shifting of vantage points to experience healthy love, the kind that allows two individuals, grounded in themselves, to come together and elevate each other and, in doing so, expand their potentials for creativity.

NEW love is exhilarating and intoxicating, there is no comparable feeling and no substitute. It is like being lifted to the heavens in a state of ecstasy where we remember the sweetness of life, where colors are more vivid, where we easily find the humor in our day to day existence. When we find it, we wonder how long we could have been in the desert without it. Like Stevie Nicks romanticized in Sara, “Drowning in the sea of love Where everyone would love to drown.” It is a true elixir.

AS love evolves, there often comes with it what I humorously refer to as the “roller coaster” effect. I have a pretty strong fear of heights and i can remember being on a roller coaster some years ago in NJ. It was the largest roller coaster there and I had a seat by myself at the front. As the ride climbed to it’s apex, I started to panic with the idea that my seat wasn’t fully secured. In a moment of crazy, I desperately tried to get out. All I wanted to do was get off the ride. I was terrified, but I could not get off! This is a rather accurate snapshot of what I feel like at times in my own relationships. Can you relate? All the places of fear and distrust that start to pop up in the most absurd of ways.

How can we heal and transform those places of unconscious negativity that show up in many, many ways — the desire to control, run away or hide in silence avoiding the truths we need to speak? How can we allow the elixir of love to enter deeply those places of past hurt and disappointment, to open our hearts and receive it’s healing magic. How do we stay in the power of the present moment without being stuck in the past or projecting towards the future? For me, I am great at giving, over giving and then pulling away as my own fears of intimacy get triggered, like buttons pushed on the television remote. My observer self holds this awareness and yet I hold a greater awareness. When we open ourselves to become vulnerable and receive the love, the elixir can move through us with the power and might of transformation like no other.

Test Drive This Ritual to Open your Heart to Receive

You will need:

• A pink candle

• Pink Rose

• Glass of water

• Small piece of rose quartz (cleansed and dropped into your glass of water)

• Paper & Pen

Aromatherapy to Open your Heart

This recipe is similar, but not exact to ———-

• 1 drop of rose otto (Rosa damascena)

• 1 drop jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum)

• 1 drop neroli (Citrus aurantium)

• in 1 tsp of jojoba.

• You may also choose the Divine Mother Anointing Oil with neroli, jasmine and rose otto

• Goddess: Divine Mother

• Music: The Rose-Bette Midler, Pachabel’s Canon

• Affirmation: I allow myself to give and receive love.

Then:

Take a deep breath.. Sit peacefully, light your candle while invoking the presence of Divine Mother, the mother goddess of all, and invite her into your heart. Now pick up your rose quartz and set your intention for it to open your heart to healing and allow love to enter your life more deeply. Inhale from the palms of your hands, anoint your heart. On paper, write down your hearts’ desires to experience deeper, fuller, more joyful, passionate, creative love in your life. Then inhale your essential oil formula again while FEELING what that would be like for you, breathe those feelings into your heart and let them fill your being and cells with their potency. Drink your rose quartz crystal infused water to activate your heart center with it’s loving vibration. This part of the practice is paramount as it drives and fuels our creative force. Even if you are flooded with tears, let them flow, they, too are paving your path. Anoint your paper when complete and on the next new moon, find a place within the earth to plant it as a most precious seed.
